Data-inputting stats and service-history completeness across live stock. Source: AutoGrid master_report (status = In Stock, n = 1,925) joined to the vehicle table by VRM. Snapshot 19 Jul 2026.
| Field | Missing | Complete | Coverage |

Two columns look dead rather than incomplete: service_history_count in master_report is 0 on all 1,925 rows (the real counts live in the vehicle table — the sync into the report appears broken), and date_on_site is blank on 1,910 of 1,925 rows, so it is effectively not in use. Both are excluded from the overall average.
Service history is captured in AutoGrid — on the vehicle table (service_count, latest_service_history_date, latest_service_history_mileage), not in the master report. Matching In-Stock cars by VRM:
| Cars with ≥1 service stamp | 1,750 / 1,925 | 90.9% |
| Cars with a latest-service date | 1,810 / 1,925 | 94.0% |
| Cars with no history at all | 175 | 9.1% |
| Avg stamps when recorded | 4.0 | — |
So: not missing wholesale, but 175 stock cars carry zero recorded history — worth a targeted chase before they hit the adverts. The master-report mirror of this field is broken (see left).
Will rank the data-inputting team on records completed per day, blanks left behind, and time from collection to fully-inputted. Needs the inputter identity feed from AutoGrid task logs.
Why this page matters: clean data feeds every other module — buying margins, prep timing, advert quality and the P&L all read from these same fields. Admin is the foundation department.
